Nicole is an associate at Victor Vallance Blais, having joined the firm in April 2024. Prior to joining, Nicole articled and worked as part of a family law team at a large national firm.

A native of Nova Scotia, Nicole completed her undergraduate studies and obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Dalhousie University before being called to the Bar in 2021.

With a strong background in large, complex files, Nicole represents clients on a wide range of matters – from high-conflict parenting litigation to complex property and support issues. She regularly appears in the Superior Court of Justice on behalf of clients at all stages of their family law files. Outside of court, Nicole assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of all types of domestic agreements, including marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, parenting agreements and separation agreements.

Nicole prides herself on providing clients with practical, informed and sound advice as she helps them navigate their family law issues.
