Nicole is an associate at Victor Vallance Blais LLP and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since her call to the bar in 2021.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts (2017) and Juris Doctor (2020) from Dalhousie University. Prior to joining the team at Victor Vallance Blais LLP in 2024, Nicole completed her articles and worked as an associate in the area of family law at a national firm in Ottawa.
Nicole represents clients in a wide range of litigation files which include high conflict parenting matters, complex property issues, and income determination and support calculations. She appears regularly in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Nicole also assists clients with matters outside of court, including negotiating and drafting cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements, as well as engaging in forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Outside of the practice of law, Nicole is an avid cyclist and runner, and enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
