Josh is an associate at Victor Vallance Blais who practices exclusively in the area of family law, having articled with the firm before being called to the Bar in 2022.

With a background in day trading, Josh is a graduate of the University of Guelph and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Common Law Program.

While regularly handling matters in all areas of family law, Josh provides invaluable support to the firm’s senior lawyers on large and complex family law matters. He has assisted in the successful resolution of matters through negotiation, mediation and litigation. Josh is focussed and determined to deliver outstanding results to all of his clients. While appreciating that litigation is at times inevitable, Josh prides himself on helping clients achieve their goals through alternative dispute resolution.
